Implementation Process
- Draft Agreement — This document is generated as a draft based on your initial information and package selection.
- Discussion & Branding Details — We schedule a meeting to discuss your school's specific needs, collect branding assets (logo, colors, photos), academic structure, and operational requirements.
- Signing & Implementation Payment — Upon mutual agreement, both parties sign and the school pays the Implementation Payment (Setup Fee) to officially start the project.
- Build & Configure — Morph Tech Inc. builds and configures your VaultEdu platform with your school's branding, modules, and data structure.
- Testing & Training — We conduct testing with your staff, provide up to 3 training sessions (in-person or online), and make any adjustments.
- Go Live — Your platform launches at (yourschool).vaulteduph.com. Monthly billing starts on Go-Live day (1st month).
Estimated timeline: 1–2 months from payment to Go-Live, depending on school size and complexity.
Data Privacy & Confidentiality
Prior to implementation, the school will share detailed branding materials, student/staff data structures, and operational information with Morph Tech Inc. for the sole purpose of building the VaultEdu platform. Morph Tech Inc. commits to the following:
- All school data, branding assets, and information shared during the onboarding process will be treated as strictly confidential.
- Data will only be used for configuring and operating the school's VaultEdu platform — never shared with, sold to, or disclosed to third parties.
- School data remains the sole property of the school at all times. Full data export is available upon request or cancellation.
- Morph Tech Inc. employs industry-standard security: encrypted storage, Row-Level Security (RLS) on all database tables, and role-based access controls.
- Upon termination of service, Morph Tech Inc. will delete all school data from its servers within 30 days of the final export, unless otherwise requested by the school.
Preferred Signing Date
This is the date both parties aim to formalize and sign this agreement. Implementation begins after payment is received.
Terms & Conditions
- This document is a DRAFT and is NOT legally binding until Morph Tech Inc. receives the Implementation Payment (Setup Fee). Only upon receipt of payment will the project begin.
- Monthly subscription starts on Go-Live (deployment) date. The 1st month count begins on that day.
- Either party may cancel with 30 days written notice.
- Platform updates and improvements are included at no extra cost.
- Monthly fee may adjust if student or staff count changes significantly. Adjustments require mutual agreement.
- Morph Tech Inc. guarantees 99.9% uptime and 24/7 AI-powered support via MTI Dev Support.
Refund Policy
- The Implementation Fee is non-refundable once the project has been delivered and launched (Go-Live).
- If Morph Tech Inc. fails to deliver the project as agreed — meaning the platform is not built, not functional, or not launched within the agreed timeline without valid cause — the school is entitled to a full refund of the Implementation Fee.
- Bugs, errors, and technical issues encountered after Go-Live are not grounds for a refund. These are covered under Morph Tech Inc.’s commitment to ongoing support and will be resolved through fixes at no additional cost.
- If the school cancels before Go-Live (during the build phase) for reasons unrelated to Morph Tech Inc.’s performance, the Implementation Fee is non-refundable, as work has already been performed.
- Monthly subscription fees are non-refundable for the current billing period. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
