What Morph Tech Inc. Will Deliver

Upon receipt of downpayment, Morph Tech Inc. commits to:

  1. Set up the school's VaultEdu platform within 2-4 weeks
  2. Configure branding (logo, colors, school name) on the school website
  3. Activate all modules included in the selected package
  4. Provide staff training (in-person or online, up to 3 sessions)
  5. Provide 24/7 AI-powered support via MTI Dev Support
  6. Ensure 99.9% uptime and secure data storage

Terms

  1. This document is a DRAFT and is NOT legally binding until Morph Tech Inc. receives the Implementation Payment (Setup Fee + First Month). Only upon receipt of payment will the project begin.
  2. Monthly subscription is billed every 30 days from the Go-Live date.
  3. Either party may cancel with 30 days written notice. No refund on setup fee.
  4. School data remains the property of the school. Full data export available upon cancellation.
  5. Morph Tech Inc. guarantees data privacy and will never share school data with third parties.
  6. Platform updates and improvements are included at no extra cost.
  7. Monthly fee may adjust if student or staff count changes significantly. Adjustments require mutual agreement.
